User Accounts and Player ID
You must use your Player ID provided by Google Play Services on Android or Game Center on iOS to access the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Player ID and for all activities that occur under your Player ID.Intellectual Property
Advertising
The App displays advertisements using the advertising identifier of your device. By using the App, you agree to the use of your device’s advertising identifier for ad display purposes.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the App.
- Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, the server on which the App is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the App.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Edia Studio, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App;
- Any bugs, viruses, trojans, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party;
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
